Clinical Administrator

Position Summary: The Clinic Administrator is responsible for all clinic operations and the compliance of clinical guidance, which include but are not limited to: appointments, procedures, schedules, records, provisions and supplies, expenses, personnel duty execution and development, training, general services, among others. This key individual will also serve as a liaison between The Healthcare facility and external agencies in keeping business relationships as necessary. The Clinic Administrator complies and promotes all policies, procedures and regulations established by the company, while monitoring the constant completion of these within the clinic personnel.


Essential Functions:


1. Facilitates appointment procedures for the general clinic population and provides schedule alternatives for effective service delivery.


2. Assures that clinic operations are completed in an orderly manner by maintaining a direct control and effective patient/visitor organization.


3. Promotes effective quality of service practices among staff and providers


4. Completes and monitors the fulfillment of all regulatory policies, standards and practices as stated by the company. These include but are not limited to patient legal rights and service delivery, ethics, learning materials, access to information, treatment, discharge plans and others. 5. Complies and monitors that all personnel (employee and providers contractors) is up to date with mandatory training and certifications pertaining to their field of practice.


6. Collaborates with compulsory educational activities, learning programs and coordinates proper attendance.


7. Promotes an adequate and healthy environment for patients and staff that include problem resolving strategies, effective interpersonal communication and accessibility.


8. Oversees, directs and assesses personnel by arranging responsibilities and efficiently evaluating execution.


9. Responds to all schedule queries and is available to cover shifts when necessary.


10. Monitors employee, independent providers and contractor?s attendance and arranges monthly strategy meetings.


11. Analyzes the effectiveness of services provided, including process adjustments, complaints, satisfaction, among others.


12. Investigates conflicts and provides the Quality Department proper documentation and reports for incidents, events, complaints, among others.


13. Researches and engages in the continuous development of effective service strategies.


14. Serves as a connection with external agencies by utilizing multiple communication channels. 15. Prepares statistic reports as needed.


16. Responsible of implementation of new strategies


Other Duties:




  • Complies with all guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and guidelines set forth by other regulatory agencies, where applicable.


  • In addition, all other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:?Requirements - Required and/or Preferred


Education:

Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, administration, and/or rehabilitation, or any equivalent degree in a related field required, Master's Degree preferred plus three to five (3) year's management experience.


Experience:

Three years of senior administrative management experience required.


Experience running a alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility

Computer / Typing:

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year


Experience:




  • management: 3 years (Required)


  • Drug Rehabilitation: 1 year (Preferred)


  • Alcohol Rehabilitation: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Required)





Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
